Long term: Develop an app or otheraccessible technology allowing for directcommunication between people experiencinghomelessness and Council Rough Sleeping /support teams.Short term: Develop more robustcommunication channels and locations wherepeople who are rough sleeping can access information and advice, contact the council, and get help with verification.
