Para publicar un componente y que directamente quede público, lo ideal es que el administrador se encuentre con dos botones [1.guardar sin publicar] [2.guardar y publicar]. De manera que cuando cliques en el botón 2 el compenente queda activo por defecto, evitando el desconcierto de la administradora novata que no sabe la razón por la que no se ve el componente por ningún lado... y evitarse varios clicks y navegaciones para llegar hasta la jerarquia de activación de componentes (y entenderla...).
También otra mejora simple sería que en la página pública de la introducción del proceso tengas el link o el desplegable de la fases y no se quede perdida esa info en el banner del proceso. También en la página de fases que se vean los componentes relacionados con esa fases, algo que no entiendo como no han pensado ya... con lo práctico que sería para el participante verlo todo en esa página...:-))

Estas ideas, se deberian pasar a la discusion pública de Decidim core, se que està pendiente rediseño del admin en algu momento.
En todo caso si las quisieramos implementar nosotros no creo que hubiera ningun problema.
