As part of the Participatory Process led by us, the young people of Mindset Revolution, we want to know what are the problems related to mental health (lack of) support that young people (16-25) want to talk about.
Survey on youth mental health: what do young people want to talk about?
We're inviting young people 16-25 year old across Greater Manchester to participate in this short survey to understand their perspective on mental health support for young people.
The answers will shape a participatory process led by the young people of Mindset Revolution.
- With this project we want to have a positive impact on young people's mental health.
- We want to try and get as many young people involved as possible!
You can submit your answers without having to register, but if you'd like to be involved in the next phases of our participatory process please register on the platform.
All answers are anonymous whether you register or not.
Answers submitted will enter a prize draw to win vouchers for arts classes in Manchester. We'll ask you to share your email address on a separate form after you submit your answers, so tha we can notify you if you win. This information won't be linked to your answers that are completely anonymous. We've extended the deadline until 30th April 2023.
The survey has now closed but you can read about our findings here.
The form is closed and cannot be answered.
